Important information for workers accessing sites or systems at Woodside

Welcome

Because you’ll be soon accessing Woodside’s computer system or corporate office you’ll need to undertake a criminal background check. You’ll be asked to acquire your National Police Check (NPC) via Cited, consent to Cited obtaining and/or holding personal information on your behalf, and to authorise disclosure of the background check and included personal information to Woodside for the purposes of validating compliance with the security enrolment requirements.

Woodside will review the background check via Cited and will not retain or store copies of NPC’s.

Choose The Option That Best Suits Your Situation

Option 1 - You are an Australian Citizen and have obtained a Cited NPC within the last 3 months

  1. You are an Australian Citizen
  2. You have obtained a Cited NPC in the last 3 months.

If you have used Cited to obtain an NPC within the last 3 months, click the button and follow the instructions to share your existing results. You will not be charged if you choose to reuse your current check.

Option 2 - You are an Australian citizen and need to purchase an NPC

  1. You are an Australian Citizen
  2. You have not obtained a Cited NPC within the last 3 months.

Woodside will not be meeting the cost of NPC’s. However, Woodside has negotiated a reduced rate for its applicants of $36.85.

Instructions
If you are undertaking an Australian NPC, you will need to provide four (4) unique identity documents. A list of the required documents can be accessed here.

To complete the online process as quickly as possible we recommend the following:

  • Have colour photo images of the FRONT and BACK of your four (4) identity documents ready to upload.
  • Take a “selfie” photo which clearly shows your face, holding a sign with the word “Cited” written on it. Have this ready to upload.
  • Check your information and avoid data entry errors as this can slow the process down.
  • When you are asked for the PURPOSE for which you require the check, use a multiple word answer.
Order A Cited National Police Check

Option 3 - You are NOT an Australian Citizen and have obtained a Cited international police check within the last 3 months

  1. You are NOT an Australian Citizen.
  2. You usually reside overseas.
  3. You have obtained a Cited international police check within the last 3 months.

If you have used Cited to obtain an international police check within the last 3 months, click the button and follow the instructions to share your existing results. You will not be charged if you choose to reuse your current check.

Option 4 - You are NOT an Australian Citizen and you need to order an international police check

  1. You are NOT an Australian Citizen.
  2. You usually reside overseas.
  3. You have not obtained an international police check (from any provider) within the last 3 months.

Woodside will not meet the cost of international police checks. The identity requirements, consent forms, and pricing will vary depending on the country or jurisdiction of your police check.

Woodside will not be managing queries regarding your Cited NPC’s or International Police Checks. All queries are to be directed to Cited. Cited’s Support Team operates from 7.30am-5pm AUS WST and can respond to your queries via Live Chat on the website or via email support@cited.com.au.

Please be aware that, if you use the links above to obtain your NPC via Cited, the results will automatically be shared with Woodside. If you specifically wish to review your results prior to submission to Woodside, do not use the links below, instead contact the Cited Support Team to access an alternate process.

Pricing

Woodside is not meeting the cost of the NPCs, but has negotiated a reduced rate of $36.85 for Australian NPCs via Cited.  This discount is only accessible via the Links provided.
