Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC)

Kinatico is an accredited Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) service provider of National Police Checks. With direct access to the official Australian Government criminal history database, all Cited™ National Police Checks are provided through the national information-sharing agency.

This partnership allows Cited to deliver National Police Checks in the fastest and most secure way. As an official Australian Government accredited gateway provider, you can rest assured that Cited National Police Check results are authentic, accurate and valid.

The ACIC is an almost 1000-strong national agency, with a presence in every state and territory.  ACIC commenced operations from 1 July 2016 and is uniquely equipped as Australia’s national criminal intelligence agency with investigative, research and information delivery functions. ACIC works closely with a broad range of national and international partners to strengthen the ability to respond to crime affecting Australia.

The organisation offers a range of services, including National Police Checks on Australian citizens. This service provides a written report on any disclosable criminal and traffic court outcomes and pending charges.

DVS (Document Verification Service)

Cited is a DVS Gateway Service Provider, authorised to offer access to the Document Verification Service of the Attorney General’s Deparment (DVS). The Document Verification Service matches key details contained on Australian issued identifying credentials against the official government record to verify the identity of individuals.
