How To Access Your ERMS Information By Creating A Free Cited Profile

February 21, 2019

If you’ve ever been mobilised to a mine site or industry project through the Enable ERMS system, you may be able to access your records inside a Cited profile, for free.

This article explains how to do that in a few easy steps.

We’re going to give you a quick overview and then we’ll go into more details on each step.

The main steps are:

  1. Click here to create a new Cited Profile (or login to your existing one) and join the Cited Network
  2. Request your ERMS Records by verifying your identity
  3. Any matching ERMS information will be made available in your Cited Profile

You can complete all three steps by clicking this link and following all of the prompts from start to finish. The whole process should take you less than 5 minutes to complete and can be done on your mobile phone.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these steps.

1. Create a new Cited Profile, or login to your existing one

If you already have a Cited Profile, you can skip the sign up and simply login to start the ERMS Records Request process.

If you don’t have a Cited account, you need to follow the steps shown below.

Firstly, complete the sign-up form by entering your name, email address and mobile number. You will then be prompted to accept the Cited Terms of Use.

Once submitted, you will be asked to verify your email address by entering the verification code that gets sent to your inbox.

After you have verified your email address, you can then proceed to complete your ERMS Records Request.

2. Complete an ERMS Records Request to verify your identity

This process has been now simplified into two steps as shown below.

First you need to enter your full name, date of birth and upload a photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with “Cited” written on it. This is to protect your privacy and to make sure we’re dealing with the right person before we release any personal information.

The final step is uploading a colour image (or photo) of the front of your driver’s licence.

Once you have entered all of the required information, your request will then be submitted to our team for processing. To check the progress of your request, go to the “In Progress” page within your account.

Processing is usually completed with 1-2 business days.

If you have an ERMS Records Request that is processing and you want to check up on progress with the team, use the live chat function to get in touch.

3. Any matching ERMS information will be made available in your Cited Profile

Provided you have existing records in the Enable ERMS System, once your request is processed you will be able to see new records in your Cited Profile.
