Organisations can now email check requests to individuals with an embedded link to the required check. When the person clicks on the link and completes their check, the result is automatically shared with the organisation (with the individual’s consent). Organisations can also elect to pay for checks completed via the link, but all payments still require approval before they are processed.
Organisations can now create links to checks for job advertisements or websites
Are you recruiting for roles that require all applicants to have up-to-date National Police Checks, trade licences and work visas? Reduce your time to hire by including these check requirements in job advertisements or on websites. Cited allows you to create links to the required checks, so you have the assurance that every applicant meets the necessary standards.
Cited now offers real-time validity updates and expiry alerts
Cited has developed new compliance validity functionality that enhances the workforce verification and compliance process for all users.
This feature includes four key elements:
- Users receive dashboard notification of the upcoming expiry of any employees’ compliance documentation. Cited offers a matrix with a date filter, so an organisation can see, at any time, the expiry date for trade licences and work visas.
- Organisations receive real-time updates on the validity of certification and licences that individuals have shared. They also receive expiry alerts prior to the renewal date.
- Individuals receive an expiry alert email, advising them that their licence is about to expire. It is their responsibility to renew their licence to continue working and avoid non-compliance penalties.
- When individuals renew their licences, the information held within Cited is automatically updated and the organisation notified, removing any effort for the organisation. Alerts can then be dismissed when they are no longer required.
