Dispute A Check Result

The results you have received from Cited are sourced from official and authorised data providers. However, there are instances where check results, including National Criminal History Checks, may contain inaccuracies.

If you believe the results include errors or information that should not have been released, please complete the Dispute Form below. Our team will review your dispute and if necessary, submit it on your behalf to the relevant official and authorised sources for further investigation.

Once the investigation is complete, there will be one of two outcomes:

• A successful outcome, where the results will be amended.
• An unsuccessful outcome, where the results will remain unchanged.

If the outcome is unsuccessful and the results remain the same, you still have the option to challenge the decision. In this case, you will need to provide additional supporting information, and we will continue to lodge the dispute on your behalf.
